ORDERING FROM US
When you place an order with Us, confirming your order via completing the checkout process, you are agreeing to our terms and conditions.
RETURNING GOODS
FAULTY ITEMS
- This is in addition to the manufacturer's guarantee/warranty. Damage in transit is not the same as faulty goods.
- If something faulty has been sent to you please let us know as soon as possible and we will send you replacement(s) free of charge. You have up to 7 days from receipt of the goods to let us know that they are faulty. Where it is clear that the parts were faulty when you received them we will send replacements or repair the item free of charge as soon as possible.
- Please contact us first if you receive faulty goods - we will not pay for replacement parts or repair services arranged without our consent.
DAMAGED IN TRANSIT
- When you receive your order we ask that you check the order when it arrives. If you have not checked the order please sign for it as "unseen" or "unchecked". If anything is damaged please let us know via email, within 24 hours of receipt.
- Please contact us first if you receive damaged goods - we will not pay for replacement parts or repair services arranged without our consent.
INCORRECT ITEMS RECEIVED
- If we have shipped you the incorrect item, i.e. not the item described on your completed order, please notify Us. We will both ship you a replacement item and naturally pay for the return of the item (so long as it is unused and in original, resaleable condition).
- If you have, for whatever reason, ordered the WRONG item, i.e. the item shipped matches the item description on your completed order, then we will naturally accept the product back. Please contact Us as policy varies on how we accept these products.
- Special order items will ALWAYS be credited at a 50% restocking fee.
- Stocked items do not carry a restocking fee.
- It is your responsibility for carriage for all incorrectly ordered items. Please make your purchase carefully.
ITEMS NOT STOCKED AT TIME OF ORDER
- If something is out of stock then we will let you know as soon as we can. Often we can arrange to have the missing item sent out as soon as it comes into stock, or you may wish to have the whole order sent a little later but complete. We can also sometimes arrange for substitute items to be sent out as long as you agree to that.
- If you would like to cancel your order because something is out of stock then you can do so.
- We will refund you for cancelled orders within 30 days of the order being cancelled. We may refund straight back to the credit/debit card that was used to pay for the order or by cheque sent by first class post. We cannot return full payments on non stock items which have been ordered in especially for you.
DELIVERY
- Delivery is to mainland UK only. If you know that you are outside of this realm, pease contact Us BEFORE placing an order. We will check the delivery requirements of every order PRIOR to completion and delivery of the same. Your order WILL be delayed if you do not contact Us to discuss your area requirements.
- Delivery is usually within 7 days of ordering depending on stock and location. WE always endeavour to use a carrier with a high success rate for 72 hour delivery, once they collect the parcel.
- Stocked goods are always shipped NEXT WORKING day from day of receipt of order.
- Non stocked (special order) or out of stock items will trigger an email to you, stating an APPROXIMATE expected delivery period.
- We can only delivery to the REGISTERED CARD address if payment is vai a card. Please do not ask, nor expect, a delivery to any other address.
COST
All costs on our website INCLUDE VAT at the rate prevailing. Occasionally manufacturers will increase their costs without informing Us. Should a price vary, we will offer you the relevant costs. You have the natural right to cancel your order at this point and we perfectly understand that.
